Our consulting tasks have been mostly repositioning existing buildings in need of creative financing.

Beginning in the affordable housing arena, we have developed more than 1,570 of multi-family units, many of which we still own and operate. In the for sale housing area we have developed and sold more than 350 units mostly in the Boston region. In the area of commercial office and industrial area we have developed two office buildings in the Myles Standish Industrial Park in Taunton, Massachusetts. In addition, we developed 250,000 square feet of air cargo space just off Logan Airport which required a very sophisticated permitting process with a Chapter 91 License.
