This 135 unit rehab of 18 buildings in the South End in 1970 was a unique subsidized housing project which involved relocation of existing tenants while each building was rehabilitated.
The project occurred in the 1970’s when the South End was still very much an undiscovered neighborhood.
The original $2,000,000 project is now estimated to be worth $40,000,000.
