Representing the New England Province of The Society of Jesus, Weld Management was responsible for designing the Request for Proposals for the Jesuits to sell the original proper in Boston’s South End.
The owners received 7 offers for reuse and new construction. Weld Management was able to sell the property in conjunction with Meredith & Grew for $2,000,000 in excess of Meredith & Grew’s asking price.
