Mill Pond Apartments

In an imaginative joint venture with the National Corporation for Housing Partnerships, Weld Management developed and financed the last parcel of urban renewal land in downtown Taunton into 49 new Section 8 elderly housing units. The three-story clapboard structure blends well with the existing surroundings. It features a trellised and canopied walkway along the front of the building and offers many special lifestyle amenities for its elderly residents. The $2.5 million project was completed in 1982.
