Weld Park School

When the State stopped the Southeast Corridor Project in the 1970’s this school came up for auction by the State. Weld obtained Section 8 Subsidy for a 14 unit elderly housing project. Construction financing was obtained from the State Street Bank and a permanent loan from the local thrift savings bank.
